Maybe it's that illegal performance enhancing ****...and maybe some of you are just rash and kinda uneducated where you think you are. As a nmt at a physical therapy office, I've come across a number of clients who's medications and drug treatments cause them to break out. I recall my first time coming across such a case, this guy with Crohn's disease had told me his treatments have spurred acne on his back, and any circulatory work that I may do, would increase it and cause him to "break out" more (he even suggested it could break out on his neck...which I found surprising at the time). Some of this stuff is just caused from anti-inflammatory creams and such, steroidal and non-steroidal creams or injections...these things have side-effects, it's not necessarily a guy roiding. I mean, back when people suspected Manny the most, he had no acne so what does that make this argument? No sense. Marquez may have been injured (that knee injury perhaps) and he was treating it with something that kinda spurred the acne. And Manny too with his shoulder...maybe one of those disclosed medications on that document was the cause of it, or even a few of them.

I get it, it's easy to judge to others especially when you're unaware of circumstances and possibilities or you're just outright against those possibilities, but c'mon, some objectivity won't make you a lesser man.
