He has 2, really should have been 3 as the judge messed up the 1st 1.

However, he may possibly help a non-American athlete on non-American territory because he doesn't risk jail time.
Maybe that is why he is using Ariza as a go between. It makes sense now. he doesn't directly deal with Floyd. He gives the stuff to Ariza and in turn gives it to Floyd.

According to Oscar's trainer, Oscar was in shape even before the camp started. Their plan was to come in lighter so that he can gain speed.

The main issue is that Oscar was having issues against southpaws and they didn't keep the ones that were giving Oscar trouble.

While one can say that Floyd won those fights, Floyd has had issues with certain southpaws.

That is still very high risk. Heredia has used 'in-betweens' in the past and got nabbed. It's very unlikely Heredia will help ANY U.S. athlete cheat directly or indirectly through someone.

That last paragraph also brings up another key thing, Heredia is very unlikely to help an American athlete cheat because he risks guaranteed jail time. However, Heredia, if he wants to help an athlete to cheat, would more than likely help a non-American athlete on non-American territory because he doesn't risk a major jail sentence.
Sorry but YOU are trying to spin it. Even with your last paragraph I know what you are doing.

What don't you understand about this statement made by Memo?
"I’ve created 20 different drugs that are still undetectable for the doping testers."

As for that last sentence, you think that he wasn't risking anything back then?

What Marquez does, is throw the same time as Pacquiao and know he will get hit, but hopes to land his own shot.

Apart from the 4th fight, Marquez and Pacquiao go punch for punch. The 4th fight Pacquiao was dominating the punching, landing more. But Marquez landed a hail Mary of a punch to end the fight. Question marks about Memo being in the camp will always be there because the guy is a convicted PED maker/dealer and Marquez's showing signs of PED use.

Will Floyd go blow for blow with Manny. I have said this will be Floyd's best chance of a win, Floyd has a punchers chance.

Floyd could just stick and move like Marquez did in the third fight, except he's quicker and more accurate. It'll be a boring fight but THAT is Floyd's best chance of winning.

Back then, no, he wasn't risking much because what he was doing for the most part was unprecedented. And secondly, at the end of the day, he escaped jail time by being a federal informant.

If Heredia is somehow caught again, helping an American athlete cheat, and on American soil to make matters worse, he is going to do MAJOR prison time. And after that prison time, get deported permanently. It's very very unlikely he is going to help ANY American athlete cheat. You don't even seem to understand what the implications and consequences of being a Federal Informant are.
