Pascal did not want to use USADA nor VADA. He wanted to use an anti-doping agency based in Canada. Again, not one of Memo Heredia's fighters have ever used USADA or VADA.

Floyd has to slow Pacquiao down, and apart from holding I don' see how he does it.

But Pacquiao won't tire, so I don't even see boxing more later on in the fight.

Floyd will land right hands, catch Pacquiao a few times, but that is about it.

Floyd will try and land the right and hold, much like Hopkins vs Calzaghe. Pacquiao will try and land his flurries and catch the judges eye.

The ref will play an important role on how he deals with the holding situation.

I would love if Floyd would come out and throw combos and make a fight out of it.

If you want to know why, Heredia gave FightHype an interview explaining his association with Ariza and how he's consulted/advised him in regards to Floyd. He mentions how it's up to Floyd if he wants to go ALONE against four strength and conditioning coaches (Heredia claims that Team Pacquaio hired 4), or go two (Ariza/Heredia) against four of Pacquaio's S&C coaches.
