Canelo is catnip to GGG. He is exactly the type of fighter he wants. It would be awesome for the fans. Fight of the year. Canelo would die, but it would awesome getting there.
Not what I saw, I think Monroe was making the most of the 10 count, but when he stood up, his legs still weren't there, and that's when he decided to call it off himself. Knowing it would not end well if he carried on.
The ref just gave him a chance to continue IMO
Nah, Monroe was trying to pull a classic "Yo ref, why did you stop it?! I go up on time! You're blind!" But he didn't count on the ref letting him continue after clearly getting counted out.
GGG needs to bring the $$$ if he is going to lure smaller fighters to risk it against a bigger fighter.
If he's not real he needs to drop his real title and go back down to 154. But nope, he's still got the title and he's defending it against middleweight Daniel Geale.
I will be honest with you, I used to favor GGG heavily vs Canelo but Canelo has improved and I like him more now. It will be about stamina because both can ****. I can't wait for that fight!
