it's ******ed to think a solid middleweight has the style and size to beat Cotto? It's not like there is no logic behind my comment. I've seen Monroe fight, he's got skills and is a solid boxer. Trout was a tall fighter who likes to keep his opponent on the outside and he out boxed Cotto. So you're telling me it's crazy to think that an even bigger fighter than Trout, who has a style that would trouble Cotto, could beat him? Sorry man just because someone has a bigger name doesn't mean they automatically beat someone with a smaller name.

there is little logic behind it. Monroe is an unproven commodity MW or no MW. u dont start handing out wins to a guy whose never fought a championship round against a guy like miguel cotto. that makes very very little logical sense. i honestly shouldnt have to tell you that.

One thing I will say is, who did Trout beat that was any good either? This was Pre cotto.

HBO loves the big drama show. You can bet Lamps is gonna bring out his best hyperbole for "the monster in the mddleweight division".

                  Gonna be entertaining. Let's go!

It will be a Lampley versus Max to see who can love him the most.

Roy will probably talk up Monroe

i never really said Trout beat anyone of note before Cotto, but trout was at least fighting in "championship" fights. trout was at least somewhat of a known commodity. U mistake me. i dont think much of trout. but i dont thnk anything at all of Willie Monroe.
