Comments Thread For: Marquez Doubts Mayweather Will Take Any Chances

Former four division world champion Juan Manuel Marquez, one of five men who have faced both Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, says the undefeated pound-for-pound king is not going to take any chances on May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Marquez faced Mayweather once in 2009 and fought Pacquiao four times - in 2004, 2008, 2011 and 2012.

And there is nothing wrong with that. Anyone who is expecting this fight to be a war is a ******ed casual who doesn't know **** about boxing.

Mayweather doesn't have to take risks, nor should he.

People thinking floyd wins a one sided fight

You guys dont know shhht about boxing.
floyd is used to slow handed/footed fighters and he is aging

Pacs foot and hand speed is not only faster then floyd but
way faster then what floyd got used to.

          Floyd is in rough here

Like a ******? U talking abt a ATG there and hes fighting like a ******? Seriously man every post I see from u is always negative. Stop with that groupie ****. I think too Floyd will win but u, ur on something else. U love the man too much that it made u hate his rival. Get off his nuts a bit.

Floyd is a great fighter so is Manny. Both ATG and legends of the sport. Floyd will probably fight defensively and he has every right to do so. Hes the best at it and shouldnt change to please us. Manny will have to bring his A game to beat him and it wont be easy. No need to sh/t on any of those 2.

I just rewatched Mayweather-Marquez. Damn Marquez was humiliated in that one. I'm still a big JMM fan but that fight was not a good look for him. He should just fight Pacquiao everytime, he doesn't look good whenever the opponent has an ounce of boxing skill (Norwood, John, Mayweather, Bradley).
