Sparring Narcis Prince isn't cutting it.
Would fighting the likes of the mighty Fernando Saucedo as a title defense suffice?

"Bandido" Vargas is 30 already. Title fight is imminent at this point, wether it's Rances, Miura, or Salido/Rocky winner Vargas needs to step it up.

Vargas can choose to face Saucedo if that's what his fight handlers want for him.

        Most likely Salido.

Pedraza vs. Vargas for the vacant IBF title would be a good, evenly matched fight on paper and an interesting clash of style. Not sure who I would favor. They are both solid fighters but nothing special from what I've seen.

That Tomilson guy sure is a blood and guts warrior. Tough as hell. He was built with the heart of a champion, if nothing more. Hats off to him. Vargas is ready for the top.

                Great main event

What an amazing main event this has to be a fight of the year candidate. Vargas should go to the body more when he has his opponents hurt.

tomlison showed he has a pair , never giving up. vargas has some comb shots.needs to go to body more, he has a great left hook to the body. tends to smother his own punches too. but good figher. very entertaining.
