Let us get things straight....this is not coming from a Mayweather fan, though I believe FMJ will win.

The victory of FMJ over JMM was greater than any of the victories of Pacquiao over JMM. Yes, FMJ came in overweight, but JMM accepted that reality in lieu of a decent monetary gift. That is their call....and the result would not have changed anyway had FMJ lost 2 more lbs.

Maidana was not close to winning any of the 2 fights he had with FMJ. It is just the illusion of FMJ haters that they thought it was close. Look at the compubox and scorecards. None of the judges scored a win for Maidana.

floyds fans think floyds only weakness is inside fighters because the best fighters he's faced have happened to be aggressive/inside guys

but completely neglect floyds complete inability to defend against the low-tier southpaws he's faced and is instead forced to fight and break them before they break him

another thing is thinking floyd will fight like marquez with consistent movement when floyd hasn't a clue how to move intelligently, he only knows how to run and end up gassing or more or less stand his ground with the maintenance of the distance coming by way of retreating straight back, which quickly has him resting his back on the ropes, but at the same time im sure they wonder why he has trouble against these inside fighters

although im sure they're thinking "pacquiao not being an inside/bully fighter im sure putting floyd on the ropes wont help him at all"

He didn't force Marquez, Marquez called out Mayweather. Mayweather was still below the WW limit and it was still a WW fight.

Great video! I love it! But when Manny trash talks, it's good for the sport. He's respectful with it. Floyd crosses the line even more than Ali did. Trash talking is fine when done right. Absolutely no one was forced into the fight. JMM could have said no fight that evening. FMJ and JMM would have no money that evening had JMM said no. It happens all the time. Some get cancelled...some push through. Lundy's and Castillo's fights were cancelled.

The fight was a welterweight fight no matter how you slice it...those 2 pounds would have done what? Drain JMM for a better chance to win? I doubt that, that's just speculation. Fights are won in the ring.

Pretty much. The worst possible style for Marquez is Floyd- a small counter puncher facing a bigger counter puncher. Forced Marquez to fight in a way he wasn't used to, being the aggressor. Styles make fights, which is why Manny has outperformed Floyd against all of their common opponents except JMM.

I havent given the other common opponents a thought, Mayweather may have outperformed Manny vs them as well.

Before you have a fit, waste your valuable time explaing to me why you think Manny outperformed Mayweather in those fights, so that I can correct you and upskill your boxing knowledge.

TIP: If you failed to factor/consider their respective styles, then you will be lectured bro. Before you reply, take a few seconds to think about the expected outcome of each fighter vs each opponent, and then consider the result. Also, dont fail to consider how live each opponent was when they fought.

If you are getting your information from boxrec E.G. i looked it up and Pac knocked out Hatton sooner, so that = a better win..... then you are in for a wake-up.

Pac-HARDIANS feelings are hurt. Its just facts Mayweather didn't need 4 fights to figure out any of his opponents. trilogies are for fighters who struggle and the endings are debateable. Floyd has not shared a ring with someone he cant beat outright. Manny has not clearly beat JMM with 4 tries. Its the truth and fight 3 was a clear as day loss for Manny.
