Cotto/Khan is a lame fight and anyone defending it is drastically overrating or underrating one of those two.

I think I will have to continue my search to find a board with knowledgeable and less gullible boxing fans. All I seem to be able to find are boards like this where people are willing to believe just about anything without giving it the slightest thought of their own.

Did you hear the latest news? It was reported somewhere on the web that Golovkin will be challenging Wilder for his HW title before the end of the year. He is tired of all the baseless criticism about how he should move up in weight and figures that if he goes straight to HW, everyone will just STFU about it.

Lets see how long before people start reporting that one as fact.
With comments like the second bolded one.... BYE no one needs dumbass comments like that

        .

Truth is hard to take sometimes, ain't it? How many threads on the various Internet boards about how Cotto walked away from Canelo because he was going to fight Floyd on May 2nd? HUNDREDS on the few boxing boards I frequent alone. And they still haven't stopped because people are now starting threads about how Cotto will defend his lineal, RING and WBC titles against Mayweather in September now. People are gullible.

You are right about one thing though, people don't need more dumbass comments. What they really need is to be slapped upside their head.

Man, get out of here with that nonsense. The same nonsense you spew at ESB.

It's more gullible to believe that there is another cold war where there has been no factual evidence, other than Quillin being a ***** and listening to his daddy. Money always talks and Cotto brings money to the table.

When did I say everyone was on board with Cotto V Floyd? Nowhere in my post. Cotto did not sign the contract to fight Canelo so he 'walked away' from it. What's so funny about that?

From reading these boards, it is quite obvious that many posters are completely gullible and willing to believe anything and everything they read without even the slightest effort to look into the truth behind things or even to use their heads to see if these match ups would be possible. Yes, that is a fact that is borne out by the posts that people make. It is not my fault that so many people are so ******. I am actually shocked that they are able to use the Internet, to be honest.

                    Thats YOUR quote.

Canelo wanted the cinco de mayo weekend date. Floyd fights on that specific date. Canelo wanted to "compete" with floyd cuz its a "mexican holiday" and it "belongs" to the mexicans. Do you honestly think that cotto gives two sh^ts about cinco de mayo weekend? If he fights in may, it would be against floyd. Thats a given. "Oh but ODH said canelo will move the date IF floyd fights pacquiao. So cotto could've still signed on".... Again, if floyd DIDN'T fight pacquiao, cotto-canelo would have to "compete" with floyd-???. Can you honestly say that cotto can "maximize" his earnings, fighting on the same day that floyd fights?
