Khan has a death wish or is backed up with bills. He has been on twitter and is looking to dance for some cash.

Lmfao morroco. Serous question how come ggg fights in monaco? The arena did seem kinda empty and lame environment he should be able to sell out and aRena in Germany easy. He might be able to become as big as Klitch I's there

There is absolutely no chance of a Cotto - Khan fight. Khan is with Haymon and Cotto is with Roc Nation and never the twain shall meet.

Should GGG just starve himself down to 155lbs?

              Questions that need answers...

If Cotto vacates, chances are good that WBC will simply promote Golovkin to full champion status as he holds the interim title. After that he can defend against the winner of Lemieux - N'Dam, hopefully Lemieux as well as the winner of Lee - Quillin, if it happens to be Lee. Quillin will never fight GGG as he is with Haymon and thus cannot fight on HBO. In any case, any of those four boxers would be a more worthy opponent than Cotto as they are all valid middleweights. Even Canelo would be a possibility for a fight in September. They could fight in Texas on PPV and call it Super Mexican Style and it would sell out in less than a day.

And Golovkin doesn't need catch weights to fight. He never asked for one during negotiations for the Chavez Jr. fight. He could enter the ring at 162 and put most SMWs to sleep.

That's not true. It's already been reported that several of Haymon's fighters are options for Cotto.

Those reports are nothing more than Internet rumour with not a shred of fact to back them up. Like most of what gets posted here. These rumours also all started long before Cotto signed his deal with Roc Nation.

I think I will have to continue my search to find a board with knowledgeable and less gullible boxing fans. All I seem to be able to find are boards like this where people are willing to believe just about anything without giving it the slightest thought of their own.

Did you hear the latest news? It was reported somewhere on the web that Golovkin will be challenging Wilder for his HW title before the end of the year. He is tired of all the baseless criticism about how he should move up in weight and figures that if he goes straight to HW, everyone will just STFU about it.

Lets see how long before people start reporting that one as fact.

Khan at 154 for NO TITLE is passable... if they do fight and the title is on the line ima sh^t all over that fight.

I still say that cotto should vacate and go back down to 154 lbs... now with that said... I don't mind seeing:

Cotto vs Khan @ 154 NO TITLE!, vs K9 for IBF, VS Lara for WBA title, Canelo (obviously), and GGG (Yes I think cotto can beat GGG)

                    My prediction:
Cotto vs K9 for the IBF 154 lbs title.... Then a fight with canelo.... then either a rematch with floyd (Floyds WBA/WBC 154 lb titles + Cotto's IBF 154 lbs title) or a fight with GGG, Lara, Trout rematch?, Boo Boo Andrade.

Gaby Penaricano already stated that haymon has no issue with having a guy from his stable fight cotto. Also, both HBO & Showtime are interested in cotto's "services"
