So now athleticism is based on how well you take a shove?
You beat me to it. The idiocy here never ceases to amaze me. I expect Kovalev to win this fight (late stoppage) but in no way is that shove an indicator of anything that will happen in the ring.
WTF? Krusher is skinny, he is just strong and has had the privilege of fighting cupcakes.
Pascal can take a punch and he has decent power himself as well as having fought by far the more talented opposition between the two. He will outclass Kovalev badly.
I hear this crying and wishful thinking every time Kovalev or Golovkin fights. Old Persian joke: Dogs bark but Caravan keeps traveling...
Or Does Pascal become an overrated bum right after this fight?
How well you take a shove does reflect on your balance, athleticism, strength. Doesn't mean Pascal will get destroyed. But he looks like a little twit here. Flipped like a toothpick!
Last thing Pascal needed is getting Sergey to see him Pascal as personal enemy. Last guy who managed to get Kovalev angry was Sillah and it only lead to Sergey shouting over Sillah's body - "Talking too much?" which was said in Russian using bad words.
Now when Sergey is angry it's going to become even more painful.

I'm sure Kovalev can fling Usain Bolt with a shove, so I guess that means Usain Bolt is not as athletic as he is portrayed.
He also has very suspect stamina. From Kovalev's pressure I expect him to be huffing and puffing after 4 rounds.
I've always rooted for him based on proximity and how much **** he talked to Hopkins, but Im not a fan of his style nor do I understand why anyone thinks he's even very good. I'd be absolutely shocked if he won.
