Seems their strategy will be overwhelm Floyd with activity.

Even if he isnt connecting, he may be able to sway the judges by appearing to press the action and throwing 100 punches per round.

If Manny plans on winning that's exactly what he needs to do, to the point of forgetting the last 3 or 4 rounds. He needs to focus putting all his effort into the first 8,9 rounds. ALL OF IT. As in sacrificing being dead tired the finals 3 or 4 rounds and just going into survival mode those last rounds. He needs all the early rounds he can get at all cost. No plan should involve Manny thinking he going to be winning rounds past the 8th/9th. Of course if his gas tank is still good after those 8 rounds, he continues with his high rate.

Robert Gracia when training Chino said when he was looking at tape, like the Ortiz fight fight for example, even if your not landing when Floyds on the ropes throw punches. To judges it may seem like your landing. Floyd has a good chance of losing if he becomes stagnant. Look at the score cards, Canelo he ha d1 draw and closer score cards then what most had and the 1st Chino fight 1 judge also gave a draw. Beating him on points can be done.

Everyone knows that the Canelo scoring was bull$#!t.

I've been seeing clips here and there he's posted of his hand speed and I'm convinced he looks slower than I've ever recalled him looking. Perhaps it's still soon and he's not yet anywhere near his usual but he looks to have slowed down...

I assume u are using the shane fight as to reason pac is horrible at cutting off the ring in which he won all 12 rounds right?..pac did not need to cut off the ring in that fight...cotto who is the better boxer thn shane was getting trapped and cornered while on his bike...that notion is overstated and overplayed....

Reading the comments after that fight made me laugh. The haters were in full swing trying to find something to downplay Pac's performance. "He was exposed because he couldn't cut the ring off against Shane". LOL. How do you get exposed in a 12-0 shutout? Getting exposed means that your opponent was able to capitalize on something that you're doing wrong. I guess if losing every single round exposes your opponent, then yeah......Shane exposed Pac.
