If Manny is to KO Floyd he would have stopped his last 5 opponents because Floyd is a class above all of them .

Floyd can stop Manny in this fight because of styles , recent opponents and the way the sizes match up .
floyd is not busy enough to control his opponents punch output by punches.
he do it primarily by keeping his distance from his opponents( his and his opponent punch output decreases as a result).
and manny is a naturally come forward fighter and his punch output is better when he is moving forward than backing down.
and floyd wont be splitting manny's 1-2, i just cant imagine anyone punching between manny' bread and butter punch.

      Once Again....

Once again Manny is looking lighting fast against a punching bag i.e. stationary target.

Okay good point, but Manny aint no slow Canelo or wild punching Maidana either. This is the possibly the fastest guy Floydie has ever fought. Yeah Yeah Judah, but he isn't mentally tough like Pac or looks to hurt you like Pac.

Most people tend to pverlook that Floyd is countering bigger slower guys. This guy is faster than floyd at throwing multiple punches, plus he has wayyyy better foot speed and movement then almost all of Floyds recent opponents.

Such an interesting fight at this point. A few years ago I had picked Floyd in a walk. I still think he wins, but wouldn't be at all surprised if he didn't. I just keep thinking about how long its been since Floyd fought anyone with any real speed and combination punching. Shane had speed but has hardly Shane by that point and was mostly afraid to throw. Plus, his legs were stuck in mud. With Manny, he is very open to counters if he goes buck wild and Floyd is as good as it gets with counter punching, but it will take him a couple rounds to figure Manny out. Plus, Manny hasn't knocked anyone out since Cotto, and that was juuuuuuuuuuust about to go 12. Lots of interest for me in this fight at this point. Its as close to a pick em fight as its ever been for me. My edge to Floyd is in the fact that its difficult to miss Manny with a speedy lead right.

ALL OF IT. As in sacrificing being dead tired the finals 3 or 4 rounds and just going into survival mode those last rounds. He needs all the early rounds he can get at all cost. No plan should involve Manny thinking he going to be winning rounds past the 8th/9th. Of course if his gas tank is still good after those 8 rounds, he continues with his high rate.
That's pretty much the best strategy. Throw a lot of punches and cut the ring off. They'll have to work on cutting the ring off probably the most. Mayweather's footwork is on another level compared to the guys he's been fighting. He doesn't get trapped or knocked off balance and he's waiting for you to lunge or reach so he can counter you.

Floyd walks to lefties and his work rate has been higher against them. Running away from lefties is already widely considered a bad strategy in the game because orthodox fighters are likely to make a mistake trying to back away and giving the southpaw momentum to punch forward. They aren't ****** man.

And Marquez, Algieri, and others caught Manny with some nice right hands. I don't see why one of the best right hands and counter punchers in the game won't be able to do the same

Pac has the right mindset. Throw punches in bunches. It will be interesting to see how may handles speed and volume. He cant be overly defensive against pac because he will get outhustled. And this is not a maidana who can only bring it for 5 rounds.

                      Oh Snap!!!

I was a Floyd fan until I saw this amazing display of speed and rapid power of Pac pounding on Bam Bam Rios' body!

                      I'm done. Floyd is history.
