Why doesn't PAC's win over Rios get as much as Floyd's over Guerrero's?!?

Those are the wbc rankings man. Berto wasnt in any halfway legit rankings like Ring, espn, scene etc. He got removed for sitting out a year+ under Ped suspension, on top of losing to Ortiz and struggling with ZaveckLike I said earlier, rankings can be overated. Be careful.
They also had Khan rated #3 without even fighting once at the WW limit. If he would have fought someone at the time, they would have done like you and defended like you just did by looking at the ratings which is just wrong!
You need to analyze how they got ranked the way they did. WHo did they fight? Also important is, have they been ranked well consistently over a period of time.Comment

i'm not sure but wba #5 Teerachai Kratingdaeggym will have a say in the matter sooner or later, but don't count out wbc's #7 David Avanesyan, could a super fight vs wbo's #7 Mikael Zewski be in the works? and what about this young chap named Not Rated who is currently ibf's #2 fighter? the top 10 welterweights are buzzing with activity.Comment

As always in boxings strongest division. Ray Robinson is only #8, tough to advance having Decaries above youi'm not sure but wba #5 Teerachai Kratingdaeggym will have a say in the matter sooner or later, but don't count out wbc's #7 David Avanesyan, could a super fight vs wbo's #7 Mikael Zewski be in the works? and what about this young chap named Not Rated who is currently ibf's #2 fighter? the top 10 welterweights are buzzing with activity.Comment

Neither is that impressive since neither is much of a welter contender. Interim titles dont change that lol, esp when you get there not having beaten a legit top tenner. For Pac it was a comeback fight post KtfoedOriginally posted by saint laurentGuerrero was coming off a win for an interim 147 pound title.
Rios was coming off a loss for an interim 140 pound title.
Unless this is a troll thread, I don't even see how this is even open for discussion. Beating a guy who just lost a 140 pound title fight is less impressive than beating a guy who just won a 147 pound title fight. What am I missing here?Comment

List who you believe were the top 10 welterweights in july 2012. As in fighters who actually fought at 147. I'll wait.
Sorry but you don't get to make up your own rankings for your convenience. You didn't even know who the top ten was at the time so stop lying and typing fake laughter.
You said no top 10 welterweights, no contenders, which was a lie and you got caught in it. Top ten is a ranking system made by the governing bodies. Try again.Last edited by joseph5620; 03-11-2015, 12:19 AM.Comment

Name one welterweight Rios beat that tops Guerrero's two wins? I've asked that question but still haven't gotten an answer.Like I said earlier, rankings can be overated. Be careful.
