Haymon (sorry, Warrior whatever) bid well over what the fight is worth. That is not a surprise considering the purse he paid out for his PBC debut. Hearn was foolish in not taking that into consideration. But Hearn is interested in actually making a profit while Haymon is only interested in winning. I would have thought a $2.5 bid would have won but that still would have failed. Haymon is a cancer on the sport and I hope someone finds the cure really soon.

But maybe I've read too many of your fanboy chunky posts.
Well Warriors Boxing are now paying these two more than Marcos Maidana got to face Floyd Mayweather the first time

how do you know what Haymon's intentions are with his bid? how do you know what Hearn's was? you sound ridiculous.

It's called a "purse bid". If Hearn's bid wasn't big enough, too bad it's on him. There was no price set so you can't say either "overpaid".

With your main account, did you complain when Povetkin's Russia backers bid so much to get the wlad fight in Russia? Of course not, so there is nothing to whine about here.

You don't know that. Let's say its true. That shows Haymon was prepared for another competitive bid while Hearn wasn't. Maybe Hearn doesn't have the resources to bid that high.

It's patently obvious. That bid is extremely high for a fight like this between two guys fighting for a vacant title, neither of whom are much of a draw. Haymon got his fingers burnt with the Quillin-Korobov situation and wasn't about to let it happen again.

Its definitely a possibility it was the reason. Then again after what happened with quillin maybe roc goes about things differently.

I only have ONE account here, I have never had another account here. If you think otherwise, I challenge you to prove it and put your money where your mouth is. How about $1,000? $10,000? You choose the amount. How about a 1 year ban? Or a permanent ban? Put up or STFU.

24-48 hours. And you need to provide proof here on the open board in the way of server logs that prove I also have another handle. Dates, times, IP addresses, email addresses, user agent, whatever is required to prove beyond any doubt that I have more than one user handle here.

I used to moderate a message board and know what server logs show so don't try to use any fake crap. The details must also be certified by an Administrator of the board. If an Admin contacts me by PM, I will be glad to provide personal information such as name and phone number so that he can verify that I have no duplicates here.

If you accept and cannot provide such proof in 24-48 hours, you lose the challenge. In such case I demand immediate resolution of the terms as well as a posted apology for the BS accusation.
