Offense vs offense Cotto gets folded like a napkin and you know it lol Cotto has zero defense beside blocking with his glove while rolling punches. Canelo at least has head movement. Better combinations, harder puncher, more punch variety. Cotto has a left hook, cool.

Bunch of BS excuses. Cotto never avenged that defeat nor has he shown interest in avenging that loss. Even the washed up Trout now, who got KD by some no name Australian, Cotto still wants no part of. And here we are about talking about Cotto fighting Canelo after ducking him twice haha give me a break.

Cotto/Trout was the culmination of a lot of factors that resulted in the worse showing of Cotto's professional career. Bad camp, uncommitted trainer and charge, no game plan, and terrible conditioning. Trout's best night came on Cotto's worst night. If a rematch happens in the future, Cotto destroys Trout fairly easily.

all of those factors had nothing to do with the fact that a feather fisted like trout did that damage to cottos face, cotto is following rosados path, too many wars...
i just dont see his face holding to the later rounds if he doesnt get ko...

You can call them excuses, but they are the facts. I've posted this many times here and on other boxing sites; preparation is key in all sports. The under prepared will always lose to the guy that is fully prepared, even if they are a lesser fighter.

Cotto and Canelo will fight soon. There is no point in calling out ducking at the moment. If Cotto retires and does not face Canelo, we can call it a duck. But both are still active and in each others weight class. Their paths will cross, no doubt.

Nope, they are excuses. I can make a list to why Canelo lost to May, but I don't want to sound like a whiny b1tch, and I wouldn't believe it anyways. I don't believe in excuses and Cotto never avenged his defeat so.... yeah.

at 23 already fought trout, floyd , angulo and lara and he is 3-1 on that streak... not bad... lets not forget that he took over trout and lara on his prime while canelo was still young for those fights and while both fights were close is hard for any fighter to look good against those styles.. now if you are going to criticize canelo for fights he took when he was like 20 or even younger then i wont even debate there...
