Bob Arum is truly an idiot if he wants us to believe his lies. When people do business or talk business at the level of pro boxing, they don't do it by coming to an agreement and saying things like "I swear on my father" or "I swear on my kids", they come to a verbal agreement and shake hands. If your going to make up a lie, atleast make one thats believable. Bringing Cotto's deceased father in to this isn't respectable in any way, shape, or form on Arum/TR's behalf.

The conversation took place where they promised each other to stay together forever. Just like the conversation took place where Cotto promised to stay with TR. The very conversation Arum is referring to for which Cotto is now calling him a liar.

The same Cotto who now claims Arum did nothing for him yet one year ago claimed he made him the boxer he is.

Arum said cotto swore on his dead father, and then said Cotto is not a man, your stance is Cotto should have responded in kind? Cotto responded to the BS that Arum is saying yet you give Arum a pass. It's a lot easier to believe the "corrupt promoter" angle than it is to believe that Cotto sold out his word and whored himself to the highest bidder. It's better for Cotto's public image that people think he was being screwed by Arum rather than he was messing them around.

Cotto knows what he's doing, he's been knowing what he's doing, i remember seeing people hating on Cotto for the past few pssshhh c'mon man the guy is a veteran and he's done so many great things for boxing, and he's not some young fighter, this man earned to be in the position that he's in, much respect for Cotto a true champ and future hall of famer, and more of a man than people give him credit for
