FACT CHECK, Cotto never said he didnt say he would end his career with Top Rank, What Cotto did say is that Arum is lying when Arum said Cotto swore on his father to Arum that he wouldnt leave Top Rank. Cotto is saying that conversation never occurred, he hasnt even spoken with Arum, and he only communicated with Todd Debauf.
