It is really sad to see the way Pacquiao fans react to anything. All threads lead to JMM was lucky and into PEDS, FMJ running scared, and Pacquiao is the greatest thing that happened since apple pie. Any topic will lead to the before mentioned topics.

If you go by the numbers it might make more money now than before because of the overpriced PPV and tickets.
But as far as reaching people, casuals and the general public,I don't think it will be bigger than 5 years ago. Back then May and Pac were all over ESPN, and people were talking. Now not so much.
