First of all, there is no one who could imitate Mayweather or Pacquiao. Second of all, if Haymon is offering the sparring partners money to NOT spar, then OFFER THEM MORE THAN HAYMON. If I have a stable of boxers, and one of my stable went to assist the enemy camp vs. my CASH COW, then of course, there would be repercussions and consequences! That's basic, street-level, common sense. I don't know why this is a story.

Lance Pugmire, who was spot on throughout the entire negotiations, said there was no contract to sign at that point. Hell even Fat Dan, the official Top Rank mouthpiece, admitted it.

Team Pac was lying to the public. Some people say it was to put public pressure on Floyd, but they were lying even so. Why not just admit that?

It aint a big deal but none of these guys are choir boys.

Of course theres no contract, BOTH principals need to sign for there to be an official contract. What Arum/Pac meant was that they agreed to the framework to the points drawn out from Floyd/A-side. They sent it back to Floyd and he was sitting on it and Arum grew inpatient and went to the media to try to presure Floyd to move quicker. You guys are getting caught up with semantics.

Huge Pac fan - but didn't Roach used to offers rewards for sparring partners if they could do certain things?

Not the same as paying sparring pards not to face your opponent. It's bush league. Pac's side shouldn't make this anymore of an issue as they can do the same thing though.

Are you a freakin idiot? When Floyd punked Manny and Kontz at the hotel meeting one of the conditions was they had to retract the story about signing the contract. Not only did they retract the story the had to give to Ben Thompson of all people. The press conference is on Wednesday. One way or the other we shall find out the truth what ever it is.

Hope Mayweather doesn't respond to any of this foolishness.

Right. So they were waiting for Floyd to agree with himself?

The reality is simply that they were still in negotiations. Amongst themselves and with the networks. Arum specifically said the networks had agreed but next thing you know everyone is reporting the networks are still at work.

Im not sure why its so hard for you to just admit you were lied to.
