AHAHA it is so interesting i was just thinking this very notion and then logged into boxing scene to realize a thread had been posted on it...Molina took a dive for the Haymon cronies, he was fighting out of character all night-that's not the Molina we've seen at all.

      Indeed. A glorified club fighter.

The whole thing stunk. Commentators were talking as if Molina was lucky to be alive in there against Broner and Molina was moving around like some robot controlled by a 2 year old who didn't know where the punch button was.

          not really

he has lost nearly every round in every fight against a good opponent

shot Soto took every shot with ease

The problem is that people refuse to see The Machine as anything else than an indestructible force so Molina got overhyped. He's not a killer, never has been, never will be. Lucas' chin is a serious question mark now to me. Broner and Soto didn't get put down multiple times and went full fights with him.

Styles make fights. People still don't get what that means. I still think Broner struggles with Matthysse even though he beat Molina easier.

I would hope Broner would win because Lucas Stans are the most unbearable group on this site.

Molina has never been a volume puncher and that's been his major flaw. He never throws enough. I prefer to see Molina at 147. He'd be able to carry his power and throw more punches at that weight. The way he made 135, I have no idea.

Molina reminded me of Stiverne from the Wilder match

Was he sick with rhabdomyolysis too?

No, this just shows that a lot of you are not boxing fans and you don't watch anybody besides Pacquiao or Mayweather

Molina always fights like that, only time he lets go is with another Brawler or a guy that doesn't move as much like Matthysse. And if you go back vs Matthysse he wasn't just letting punches go he was just fortunately enough to catch Matthysse a few times and put him on his A$$.

But vs Movers and guys with Speed, this is Typical Molina, he was WAY DOWN vs Lundy as well as Mickey Bey, what Molina was able to do was turn those fights around with 1 Punch. If he can't catch you he usually gets out-boxed. Humberto Soto out boxed him as well because Soto BOXED and outworked him and did not get into a slug fest him.

So NO...DO YOUR ***IN HOMEWORK! That is who Molina Is! If he wasn't consistently a 1 Punch Fighter then I would 100% Agree that it looked Fixed

Fixed fight, huh!!!!! Let me take a wild guess, you're a Pacroid fan right. I'll bet your test ducking juicer fight with Rios and Chris were legit. Sorry Charlie, Molina is a one punch fighter and by being so his only chance of winning last night bout was to get lucky with that one punch. Well he landed that **** a few times and AB took it with a smile and out boxed him. One day when you grow up and understand how real boxer's play this sport pass it along to some of your idiot friends. . Because honestly you guys are about as dumb as a rock when it comes to understanding what the sport is all about. .
