I think Cotto can still make noise at 154, but there are no good money fights there which is what he wants in the first place. Maybe he had a deal similar to what Broner was offered so he can fight nobodies and still get payed good amounts.

He didn't, Canelo got up and walked away because he HAD TO fight on May 2nd in Las Vegas. Instead he settled for May 9th in Houston and all because he was scared to fight June 6th in NY.
