Is the PED called Xylocaine still legal in Nevada?

Is Xylocaine - a drug that enhances the performance of boxers that have brittle hands by numbing their hands - sill legal in Nevada despite being banned in 49 states?

It's "regulated" in Nevada; you have to tell them you're using it, what injury you're using it for and possibly stop using it right before the fight (I'm not sure about that last part -- may have changed.

It is "treated like" a PED even if it isn't one for the same reason as other drugs: Anything that make a fighter hopped up or numbed down enough to endanger their sensory/safety is subject to regulation.

The local injection format is probably why they don't make a big deal out of lidocaine/xylocaine, since it only numbs tiny spots.

The way you are describing it, if Golovkin or Ward injected themselves with xylocaine, their legacies would definitely drop down to hell. Hopefully, no pro fighter depends on it to enhance his performance in many of his fights. It would definitely be an asterisk on his legacy. Thankfully, no one depends on xylocaine in boxing. Maybe MMA but definitely not boxing.
