This is a great characterization. It's definitely true he doesn't seem to have the right means to convey his thoughts coherently. I thought it was the result of head trama or some type of speech impediment, but you're probably right, he does seem to go too fast. Either way, it's a bit annoying because he has more personality than Ward and does have insightful observations.

yea,,,,he does know what hes talking about. a damn shame he cant put it all together in a cohesive manner. Ive always thought boxers make the best commentators as they've been in there and see things others don't but most don't speak well enough to get it across in an articulate way. Kenny Norton was always an exception. I always enjoyed listening to him back in the day and bj flores always did a good job altho neither of them did many fights

you ever seen kovalev fight? pascal is decent, but doesn't work enough. kovalev will just drive him back and in the end the power will tell. i've always loved watching this guy and that win over hopkins will take him up another level.

Hopkins says kovalevs biggest strenght is his size.. wtf.

hopkins is the same height as kovalev and has a longer reach.
sillakh, capparello, cleverly are all bigger then kovalev with longer reach

It's time to move on from this. People change and get wiser as they grow older.

And Kovalev is a big LHW who can barely make 175lbs, so that's definitely one of his strengths and assets.

...gives a pretty good assessment of the over-all package Kovalev is. I expected sour g****s but didn't get them. He has matured from his past rantings. I still think he's race sensitive, but people let's get over it. Once we get rid of ***** we can start repairing the racist damage that POS created.
