Obviously the war is more exciting to watch. But as a true boxing fan, I greatly appreciate the art of great tactical, defensive fighting. Boxing really is about boxing smart. Physical atributes will only get you so far. The best fighters like Mayweather have perfected this

I like the mixture. Crawford/Gamboa was a great fight because it had two guys who boxed at a high level of skill interspersed with quality brawling.

Though there's nothing more exciting than a high level dogfight. Duran/Leonard, Castillo/Corrales, the best James Toney fights, where both guys are right in front of each other and can still display incredible skill.

Just watched the Toney vs Nunn fight yesterday. James used to be such a beast.

The way I see it, if I want to see a slugfest I can jut watch ufc. A little war, mixed with a chess match is pure beauty. Boxing is an art. It's called " hit and not get get hit". That's the beauty in the art of boxing folks.

If have to choose between 1 dimensional fighters that are either offensive or defensive fighters, I would choose the offensive fighters. Offensive fighters (brawlers) are a lot more exciting then defensive fighters (Runners).

I actually prefer fighters that can mix up their offense and defense. They make for the most exciting fights.

I'm not sure they're mutually exclusive.

What type of sex do you like?

                    Nasty, hard, dirty style

                    Or

                    Gentle, slow, seductive loving

Physicality and mentality can be demonstrated via either method.

I prefer the concept of 'just add alcohol and see what happens'...
