JR hates YOU, Pac you can't be compassionate, Jr ****WILL**** CHEAP SHOT YOU !!!!!!!,,,,,don't touch gloves or a right hand will be coming instead, JR won't fight you fair, he will put elbows to your eyes, take this one fight and put an end to compassion til you finish JR around 9 unless you Hattonize him early.
Pac is real experienced man, and he is a hell of a fighter..... think of who he has fought over the last 15 years..... highly unlikely that he will get caught with any dirty stuff.
Roach needs to focus on an effective strategy, and then plan for when Mayweather adjusts.
Anyway, Mayweather is simply not a dirty fighter, other than the occasional use of his elbows. The Ortiz thing was not dirty man, it is what it is.
being stunned? yes, but a one sided beating? hardly. i see this fight being a close fight with the winner barely edging out. i just cant see manny stopping and giving up. manny will come at u for all 12 rounds or until u put him out.
I give Pac the same chance I do every other opponent...they have 2-3 rounds to do something significant, then it will become a shut out.....tactical Floyd just racking up points, with the occasional nice straight right hand...stun Manny but never seriously hurt him...Manny will start taking more chances to land something big and get countered.
Also you can be right, it could be extremely close, hell he may catch Mayweather and put him out cold. I don't think so personally, but it wouldn't be a surprise(the close fight that is)
The argument that Marquez is "willing to take risks to get his counters and Floyd isn't" doesn't hold weight.
Many of Floyd's highlight techniques are extremely risky:
Shoulder roll: Stand in the pocket and roll punches from the opponent to reduce effectiveness and create counter opportunities.
Pull counter: Feint an opponent and pull back, time and counter over lead punch.
Floyd will also lay on the ropes often to let opponents open up, tiring them out usually but also providing them with opportunities to land.
The lead rights, and hooks are also very risky. Only skilled fighters are able to lead with power shots and get away with it. Floyd fights in the pocket picking off shots with his shoulders and gloves. He throws short crisp counters in the pocket.
In plenty of fights opponents are missing by "just inches," that's the sign of being in the line of fire and being too good. Floyd is just too calculated, too many feints, too many looks, too many leads. Pac is gonna need to hurt him early to have a chance.
