Lots of guys who grew up in hip hop culture talk like that, it has nothing to do with race. I think it sounds absurd, and especially childish from an adult, but it's not a black thing.

It's a black accent. I know plenty of people who grew up listening to hip hop, it didn't transform their accents. It's a black thing not a hip hop thing. Rosado copied the black kids around him to fit in, this isn't his natural accent.

It's not about using slang or cursing. Everybody does that. Rosado has a distinctly black accent. I've talked to plenty hispanics from the hood who speak like idiots but they dont sound like Rosado. He's specifically trying to sound black.
