Sure he can. The question is can GGG chase him around for 10 rounds and not worry about his power. I doubt it. GGG walks downs a bunch of bums. And from the last fight it's clear he's easy to hit. If Murray had some power he could've stopped GGG. He was landing uppercut hook combinations at will. They just didn't do anything. Canelo's left hook to the body would make GGG think twice about chasing him all night. And for his size Canelo is not slow at all. GGG is still looking for a bunch of bums to fight. I doubt he'd even try to fight Canelo. I'd buy that PPV quick. I'd be more interested in that than the Mayweather Pacquiao fight because I know what's going to happen in that fight.

Sorry to break it to you,but GGG beats the crap out of cotto and canelo on the same night.It took a 147 pounder and what was left of Alfredo angulo to make canelo look good in the ring. Canelo is a big boy but against GGG,he's corner throws in the towel before the 6th.

Would be great if Canelos handlers had the faith in him to pit him vs Ggg, so he can get that name scalp. But pretty unlikely since they know, just like DiBella, that he has no hope of winning or even making the final bell.

Although I agree that GGG would ruin Canelo I would still love to see that fight.

If Canelo won that would be an incredible win for him. I also think he puts up a great fight but eventually gets stopped. Canelo throws great combinations. Would be a great fight for all fans as both guys are hittable. I think GGG stops Canelo in an exchange though.
