    Just spent a few minutes reading thru the WBC's "rules"...

    Damn near every "rule" in the book is qualified with a statement that the "WBC at it's sole discretion" can essnetially change said "rule" or basically even ignore that said "rule" even exists. Makes me wonder how such an organization is even allowed to do business in the US. I'm curious to know if anything in their "rule" book goes contrary to the Muhammad Ali act.
