Why not? he is just being prepare in case Manny cut his face with those razor sharp punches.

At the end of the day Garcia has been with Floyd for years and everything has seemed to go pretty well considering his hand problems so for his biggest fight it makes sense to rehire him and stay with something that has worked well for so many years.

I don't get why people think this indicates that he's scared and desperate, if it ain't broke then don't fix it. Pacquiao is a great fighter and Floyd would be crazy not to prepare himself the best he possibly can, if he didn't have Garcia and was changing things all the time people would be saying he's shook, losing his mind and it anticipating a beating from Pacquiao, either way in the eyes of some guys he can't do right from wrong (although I think hiring Ariza was a massive contradiction, you can't imply that someone gives all his fighters steroids and then hire him yourself and expect everyone to turn a blind eye).

The reason the fight is happening is because Bob Arums lies were exposed and he was forced to step aside and shut his mouth, once he was out of the picture the negotiations went smoothly, notice the patterns in recent negotiations how Arum constantly lies and talked complete bollocks, and when the fight fell apart he was somehow involved in it falling a part, as soon as he steps aside the negotiations go great and the fight is signed. the may fight wont settle ANYTHING, we all know how bitter the pac fans are when pac loses, they will claim mayweather is on roids or garcia gave him "special wraps" because mayweather will do somehting in this fight he hasn't done before etc etc, the pac fans will also say "if this was 2009 pac would have hattoned him"
