Good post. People are letting their hatred speak instead of being sensible to the situations that were presented during this time frame. I know I am reaching here, but I like to assume most boxing fans also understand the politics and reasons why certain fights aren't made immediately, especially when it's regarding a fighter at the tail end of their career.

I like it when fighters just pick up a divisional belt and then vacate it. Roy Jones knew he wasn't a real HW so after beating Ruiz he went back down to LHW intsead of fighting Lennox Lewis. Jones only would challenge an old Tyson for that payday.

Other than Kid Chocolate at maybe 156 there is no other champion that Cotto has any shot at. Cotto was hoping that he could use the MW title to entice Mayweather for a chance in becoming a six divisional champion. Now that the Mayweather prize is over there is no excuse for Cotto to stay at middleweight.

Triple G might as well move up to Super Middleweight as there is nobody other than Andy Lee who will take a crack at him. I wouldn't mind seeing Triple G vs Lee as it will be exciting for whatever duration it lasts.

Canelo is a middle weight lets be real. Anything above 154 is classed as middleweight Canelo weight is 155 lol. He would be 180 on fight night every time if he could.
