No, there is nothing that ALWAYS works in boxing. But you have to at minimum question his punch resistance after being floored by someone 50 lbs smaller. To Fury's credit he got off the canvas and beat Cunningham. Even if you give Fury a Chuvalo level chin I still would favor Wlad seeing that he's leagues above him in nearly every category.

And anyhow, I thought you have been permabanned now?

How you are allowed to remain here I don't know!
Haha, why would I be permabanned you ******?

If I remember correctly, Wlad has been put down by some absolute bums in his day too. Holyfield was dropped, Moorer was, Foreman was, Ali was, Frazier was, Dempsey was, Louis was, Lewis was.....

Try and get a little perspective.

Not really. he was hit square in the face by a guy who was 210 pounds. Cunningham literally couldn't have hit him with a better punch.

It wasn't as if he did a chicken dance or anything, he got straight up and got back to work.

        Sht happens in boxing.

Fair enough. But still I haven't seen Fury take a clean shot like that SINCE the Cunningham fight so Fury is still suspect to me. I don't think Fury will be the one to dethrone Wlad, suspect chin or not..

He took quite a few shots vs Chisora in the first fight & even Abell hit him square too. Abell is not the best fighter in the world, but he can punch which he also showed by dropping Pulev.

I haven't seen Wlad take a clean shot like that since the last time he got ko'd!

Wlad learned that, as a heavyweight, any opponent you go in with can hit hard enough to hurt you badly if you give them the opportunity, so don't give it to them.

Hopefully, Fury learned that same lesson from Cunningham and he won't be getting caught with shots like that again. Wlad wouldn't be an easy fight for him, that's obvious. But Fury wouldn't be easy for Wlad either.

Even when Wlad was stopped by Brewster he was never hit clean. He lost due to fatigue.

so hold them before they can throw punches. no opportunity=no chance to lose
