I like that he ignored that, a "title" he already held against a guy he already beat.

I can just hear the commentators:

I commend him for taking a much more exciting route. It'll be good to see how it pans out.

I like Povetkin but I don't he should get the Wilder fight. The 12 round beating he suffered at the hands of Wlad was hard to watch and it would be even worse against Wilder. If this fight goes ahead then I want it with a ref who wouldn't mind stopping a fight half way through because of how one sided it becomes and coming forward and eating punches all night does not mean it's competitive.

Not that I care for Tyson Fury at all, but how is he seemingly not in the title picture at all? Hes fought like a million eleminators.

He had to get on the inside to hold but most of the time he was on the outside eating 1-2s. But from wilder it's going to be the 3s 4s 5s 6s etc
