Floyds been wobbled before and that could happen again, there is a big possibility that Pac puts rds in the bank early, but it's not easy to make Floyd look bad. See, I just think that to really win on the cards against Mayweather you need to be damn near perfect in your execution. Mayweather has slowed down lately so maybe not perfect you can make mistakes in there, but not many. Score some KDs and make a few 10 - 8 rds, then you have a chance on the cards. If you're not getting any 10 - 8 rds, you're not gonna win on the cards, not against Floyd. Which brings me back to my main point. You need to jump on him. Do some Mike Tyson stuff.

I see your point. That's why I'm really excited to see this fight. I want to see who have a better plans and which fighter excute them to the tee. You're right its hard to make Floyd like a normal fighter except his first fight against Castillo and Maidana. Although he won both fights he clearly looked like a normal fighter in those nights. Manny's chance like you said is a KO or TKO which I don't think gonna happen. I'm pretty sure though that Manny will put him on his butt.

Both fighters like you said slowed down a bit, actually Manny's biggest asset left him long time ago which is his killer instinct. But I saw from Floyds last 2 fights is that he doesn't move too much like he did against Canelo. I won't be surprise come fight night that father time catches up on one of them.

    • I got Mayweather winning the fight.

But I do find Pacquiao's footspeed and foot work to be a thing of beauty, I'm really not sure how Mayweather is gonna deal with a guy with that type of foot speed.

Or how he would time a guy coming foward, with that type of head movement, also looking to throw punches in bunches, guess I will see.

U guys are the ones making predictions like a shut out, KO and dominance.

How will you guys cope? It will be like post Garcia Matthysse X100.
I was one of the people going to war on here because I picked Garcia over Matthysse and I am picking Floyd over Pacquiao.

And Manny lost against Marquez the 2nd and 3rd time.

              Pacquiao's footwork is bad.

              • To be honest ANY puncher should look to finish a fight by KO if the opportunity is there.

Especially if their defense is weaker than their opponent.

                Manny can't outbox Floyd - that's a simple fact.

But he can outwork Floyd with pressure and movement.

If Manny cracks Floyd's Philly Shell he will need to be absolutely ruthless and go for the kill.

It is his best chance of winning the fight.

Mayweather has never won a controversial decision

The closest he came to losing was vs. Castillo in a fight that either guy winning or a draw would have been acceptable

Pacquaio getting the dec. in fight 3 with JMM was controversial and it was clear JMM won...I had it 7-5(2x), a draw when I gave pac the four close rounds and 8-4 marquez with the close rounds

Mayweather has had 2 majority decisions in fights he clearly won...Canelo and Maidana 1 and a win over pac is predictable....if its a close fight, Manny is more likely to get the nod because he is the more likeable guy, a crowd favorite, and a rematch may even eclipse money brought in from the first fight

If anyone gets a shaddy decision win it will be Manny

Judges have not done Mayweather any favors in his career...he never needed any....out of 47 fights he may have had 5-6 that we can call competitive(Castillo 1, Jesus Chavez, Ricky Hatton, Zab Judah, Maidana, and ODLH) and all of those except one were clear Mayweather wins
Castillo 1 and Maidana 1. Oscar was over analyzed to be competitive.

                    Maidana would beat Rios down.

I'm sure Manny learned a valuable lesson the night he got put to sleep by Juan. I noticed, and so have the others here that even though he knew he hurt his opponent he kinda step back and doesn't wanna finish em unlike before. However, it doesn't really necessarily that Manny needed a KO to win. If he could hurt Floyd and wobble him for the judges to see them clearly, he'll get 10-8 on each round he do that. I have a feeling that he can put Floyd on his butt once he hit him either on the jaw, or on his temple. Floyd can hurt Manny as well catching Manny coming in whenever he launges. So, like I stated before it's gonna be a tactical fight for both. Manny have to mix it up with flurries and counters, yes I said it. Manny knows how to counter as well. Use his jab as a measuring stick and repellent. When I say use his jab, I mean a snapping jab. None of those lazy jab that Maidana did.

It will be a boring fight for some because it'll lack of trading of punches, but we will see a lot of holding, pot shot from Floyd. I think that will be their game plans, pot shot, holding, circling around until he catches Manny coming in.

I made some bets already and I know it's a 50/50 right now. But I will put my money for big return. My $100 for Manny will give me almost $300 bucks, whereas if I put my $300 plus just to win a $100? Common sense tells me to place my bet on Manny, although like I said, it's 50/50 right now.
What a waste of money! People are so blind that Pacman is a frankenstein of Bob Arum. Easy win for TBE.
