6'11 buck *****s shouldnt be allowed to play ball against or in teams with tiny 5'2 filipinos anyway. it's not fair.
it's why america always wins gold in basketball cause other countries can't produce the durants and bron bron's like we can with our quality fine dining like mickey d's and burger king.

This article is very misleading. The import was fined because he insulted the league itself, not only pacquiao. And he was probably fired because of his very poor performance(6pts, 3reb). He should be playing like lebron james of his team, averaging like 25pts, 10reb as import. It's not unusual for a PBA team to change import after few games considering you can only have one import in a team and there are only 11games in regular season.

Just a couple of thoughts:
- Pacquiao is a ****e basketball player compared with the other players in the league. That's no f'cking secret.
- Pacquiao playing/coaching in the pros is a promotional stunt by the expansion team. Everybody knows that
- I don't think Orton was fired just because he insulted Pac. He was fined for it which i think is fairly reasonable if the statement is belittling the league(whether you agree or not with his statement)
- He was fired most likely because he's coming off his worst performance. That and basically calling the league "a joke", its pretty easy for the team to let him go.
- Orton is an idiot and should have known better.
Also, lol at people saying its a violation of freedom of speech. The concept of freedom of speech is the people being protected from political prosecution. People can still be fired for what they say.
I can call my boss an idiot and his actions "a joke" and I probably won't go to jail, but I can be fired for it, regardless if I was right or wrong.Last edited by Ryannn; 02-25-2015, 04:34 AM.
