Example. When a natural disaster happens like a hurricane, sometimes the U.S. will send "humanitarian" aid. Its to help poor people improve their quality of life.
It has nothing to do with discrimination which is what Civil Rights Activists try to solve

Can't **** with Pac in the Philippines. He's got every kind of person from street kids to politicians ready to ride for him.

That's too bad! That was a ****** comment anyway, I mean, he sucks at Kentucky and was 1st round flop and he's lucky he found a job in the Manila, that is in the Philippines, where Pac is a hero! Pac is nowhere near the MJ of basketball but he is definitely the MJ of boxing.

As far as professional fighters go, Pacquiao pretty much is a Gandhi or a Bill Gates compared to other overpaid "superstars" like Floyd.. One of the main reasons he has financial problems is because he gives away so much of his own money to people who really need it. He lets homeless people camp out in front of his house and feeds them. Imagine that at Mayweather Mansionpeople would be getting tazed left and right

It is alleged that the charity organisation has failed to pay a $35,000 invoice from a shipping company.
A shipment of dirty used clothes that the foundation was sending from America back home, got stopped by Philippine authorities. And the Foundation is using that as an excuse to not pay its $35,000 bill, the shipping company's lawsuit states.
"The containers were inspected by the Philippines authorities and found to have contained used clothing rather than relief goods - which is violation of Philippine law".
SMH even the people of the Philippines knows that's not true. Donating dirty clothes and lying and saying its relief goods just to get a tax break SMH this guy is a fraud It doesn't stop here:
Pacquiao was forced to borrow $22,700 dollars just to pay for resources, prior to his victory this past Saturday over Brandon Rios in Macau. He reportedly will borrow more money as he tries to help more than 10,000 families devastated by the storm.
The Bureau of Internal Revenue claims Pacquiao hasn’t proven that he paid taxes from 2008-2009 and estimates that he owes more than $50 million in back taxes
Borrowing money just to keep your fake image afloat is a douche move.
Don't insult Dr. King like that. He donated his LIFE so people could get a long and be peaceful.

Something you gringos will never understand if you haven't lived outside the westernized world. Logic doesn't exist everywhere, and your life is not precious.

You mean charity work like sending dirty clothes and lying and saying its relief goods to get a tax break. The guy is a fraud. Floyd has donated wayyyy more money than this guy and he didn't have to take out loan to do it. Y'all a little to disrespectful on this boxing site. Comparing Pacquiao to MLK. Cant wait till may 2nd

People like MLK and Ghandi are thought of as Civil Rights Activists first because what they wanted was to help themselves and people of the same race and nationality. Only in the "broad sense" can you label them as humanitarians.
You can go to freerice.com and for every question you get right, you send 10 grains of rice to a starving person right now. Thats humanitarianism. What MLK and Ghandi did is what feminist are trying to do right now.
