Good for you. Wouldn't want you to hurt yourself. How many wild overhand right hands have you seen Maidana get hit with? Even Cotto got hit with a few overhand rights. Maidana was blocking those. He was getting caught with the straight right hand. Which is what everybody does against Mayweather.

Fuc---g Bradley caught Pac with some wild **** with his hands down. Marquez did too. The knockdown before the KO was the slowest damn overhand right in history and caught Pac flush and knocked him on his ass. Yeah Pac's defense is outstanding! Let's not forget his iron chin as well.

Power is not Floyd game, he is a pure boxer through and through. He has enough kO just using his boxing ability alone.

Fighter like Floyd allows the KO to happen, but first and formost he is a boxer and dissecting his opponent and figuring out their weakness and his strength through the fight.

Anyway your knot going be able to KO opponents easily at this level, so you better have a contingency plan.

Floyd didn't back up Canelo. Canelo simply got tired because he lacks stamina and he is a big guy, watch every single one of his latest fights and it always happens the same, he gets tired and gets flurries of punches, many times while leaning onto the ropes, to regain some breath. Trout, Mosley and even "Josesito" who was really two divisions lighter than Canelo and in very poor shape, looking very soft and with extra fat (exactly the same case as Marquez vs. Floyd) "backed up" Canelo even more than Floyd ever did.

Canelo was so slow and sluggish vs. Floyd, that he never ever landed a single clean punch on Floyd, that's why Canelo never really hurt him badly or knocked him down, but if you watched the fight, even Canelo's missed punches, although they were never clean, always backed Floyd down and made him run away scared. You could see in Floyd's face and attitude the whole fight, that he was afraid of being knocked down or knocked out, and that's why most people stayed watching the whole fight with interest, because they expected something like what happened between that bum Chavez Jr. and Martinez, a late knock down, and a very exciting ending to an otherwise boring fight, but that never happened because Canelo is too slow, not very smart (neither him nor his corner) and just doesn't know how to cut the ring, to trap a running opponent such as Floyd.

Also, if Floyd is strong enough to back up Canelo, when actual light middleweights can't even back up Canelo, it's not hard to believe he can back up Pacquiao.

He was backing Canelo up from the opening bell. Just that he also sprinkles in lateral movement and backing up when his opponent throws.
