He's a durable guy who's never been KO'd and he's back in title contention. I don't see the harm if GGG can't secure any big name opponents. It's kind of a shame that Golovkin is in his prime and can't fight the best out there

He offered to fight Wards best scalp Froch one division up, on Frochs home turf. Thats riskier than any Ward fight for example. Ward also fought a fringe p4per (more fringe), but had him come down a division, in Wards hometown.

I'm more interested in how a Haymon relationship would work.

K2 is neutral for the most part, but GGG is a threat to his entire stable.

Seems as if they're already trying to build up a Jacobs/Quillin unification

You misread that. Ggg going up to fight Froch in the UK is tougher than any of Wards wins. Ward has never gone up a division to fight a p4per, much less abroad, on the opponents home turf. The one p4per he fought came down a whole division, to Oakland.

                      2.GGG
3.Sergio- obviously not an option anymore
                      4.Gaele- already demolished
                      5. N'Dam- fighting DL soon
                      6.Lee- fighting Quillen April 11
                      7.Murray- just demolished
                      8. Taylor- not fighting anymore I hope
                      9. Saunders- he's waiting on Quillen-Lee winner
10.jacobs- also fighting April 11 and probably waiting on a quilled showdown

GGG has nobody in the top 10 to even fight in June.. Chavez called him out on Twitter but he's fighting soon himself and already ducked GGG last summer..
Froch doesn't want him at 168.. Ward needs 2-3 comeback fights.. The direly are busy with fights..
Anyone at 154 that can come up and challenge the guy? Looks like he's gonna have a tough time finding any kind of respectable opponent in June unless Lara or Andrade decide to test him at 160 which I doubt they do.. It's a shame Cotto won't make the fight for June in MSG against GGG..
I think the pressure right now is just enough that if he doesn't get Cotto or the Lee-Quillin winner, he'll try for a 168 fight. By the end of the year I think he'll have fought at 168.
