The problem with Canelo was that his "forever" hinged on the May 2 date. He wanted that date so bad that yeah, he couldn't afford to wait. But if he was ok with fighting some other time, he would've been fine. The funny thing is, he lost the May date anyway. And has got a **** matchup that'll only work if paired with the Mayweather-Pac replay. Because if that replay is on Showtime, you can forget it.

Fact is, it isn't happening in the immediate future, and neither one can find an opponent that is anywhere near the draw in respect to each other.

I think the only one that is really assed out is cotto, This was Canelo and oscar plan the entire time was to move off the may 2nd date is pac vs may got made. Canelo on the other hand is trying to fight another blown up welterweight to look good but Cotto is making him suffer. So now Canelo is the 155lb catch weight king. Scared to go up to 160 because he will get destroyed.

Cotto paid his dues while Canelo is trying to act like a boss when he's not. Let's see how eager Canelo will fight GGG in May/September in Vegas or even Guarlajara and will pussed out.
