Pacquiao pays the tax bill from the fight, settles the $10m tax lien with the US government, and then pays the rest of his take to settle his debts with the BIR.

Pacquiao rides off with whatever money he was able to set aside before the fight (after getting washed, Pacquiao's days as a PPV attraction earning +$10m would be over), run for the Presidency in his home country, and hope that he doesn't flop.

Pacquiao's cashing out, and he's not even trying to hide it. smh
