But the Ward fight needs a catchweight? Wow...total PR disaster for the supposed most feared man in boxing.
Thanks for proving my point. Even a 167 CW would have you soiling your panties. Let's hope Andre has more confidence in himself than his stans.

Did a CW prove Marquez was petrified of Floyd? No, it's a legitimate condition when fighting a larger, more accomplished boxer.

The point is that it's a fight. I don't condone cheating but a fighter does what he has to do and does what he can get away with. Whether it's Ward, Froch, Golovkin or Chavez.

Why cry about cheating when it suits you and be OK with it at other times? Golovkin's people have a say in who referees the fight and they can put pressure on whoever it is about the holding.

To make pre-emptive excuses before the fight has even happened is exactly the kind of thing that that f@ggot Freedom does. I truly expected more of you.

So are you a fan of Froch or Kessler?

Lol @ Wars being garbage. An Olympic gold and a lineal title say otherwise.

I'm not a Ward fan. I don't care if he gets KTFO. I find him pretty insufferable to watch but I think it's an interesting fight that needs to happen.

              Fail

Why would it need to be at a catchweight when the other fights I mentioned are being proposed for 168lbs?

There are no names in his weight class. Cotto and Quillin aren't fighting him and Canelo created his own special unique weight class where only he can be champion.

I feel the opposite. But I want to see both, first GGG at 168 and then Kovalev at 175. But I really do still want to see Ward vs Pascal. If Pascal beats Kovalev, Ward has to move up immediately and fight Pascal even in Canada if that's what it takes. I don't know why, but i'm so intrigued of Ward vs Pascal. Pascal is such a good ambush fighter, you can't go to sleep in the ring or be inactive, or the 12th round will come and he is up on the scorecards. I think Pascal's wild, athletic style is more of a threat to beating Ward than Kovalev's patient killer style or GGG's pressure style.

Damn....your whole identity on here is shot to **** now. Do you even know who you are any more man?
well hopkins really didn't clinch anywhere near guys like ward or wlad. the clinching in that fight was blown out of proportion by people like you to make excuses for calzaghe's terrible performance but now you are defending clinching which is strange. in fact calzaghe clinched far more against lacy than hopkins did against calzaghe but i didn't hear you complaining then either. you seem to be selectively complaining based on who is doing it.

This is something that will never happen. There are no 'names' there, unless you mean JMW's moving up.

The guys at 147-154 will want to fight each other because they'll want to maximize their gaining potential. Even those who manage to win a title at 160, will just wait for the other similarly sized, similarly popular guys to come and fight them.
