He ran from Brian Vera. Of course he'll run, or at least try to run, from Golovkin.

if chavez looks good makin 175 (isnt that the fight weight for fonfara?) and he keeps the weight off and trains a week after yes he can make 168 healthy and rehydrate enough to really give GGG a hell of a night...will GGG step up to the plate to be great?

He can't and won't. There's a reason he skipped a division. If they made this fight, hed come in as a zombie or five pounds over.

Chavez Jr. Already ran from ggg. Bob arum was going to pay him 12-17 million to fight golovkin and another fight. If he won against ggg, uncle bob was going to pay him 7 million for ggg plus 10 million in the second fight. If he lost he would get 5 million his next opponent. Those are huge numbers. That's about what cotto and canelo get for big fights. He ran over to ShowTime like Floyd did in 2013 because he knew ggg fights for HBO just like Floyd knew Manny was loyal to HBO. Even Chavez Sr. Was trying to persuade Chavez Jr. To take the big money and fight ggg. He got scared and went into al haymon protective custody to fight stevensons leftovers for a much smaller fraction of the amount bob was going to pay him. Al haymon never puts his fighters in risky situations. Chavez Jr is going to be another quillen, Santa Cruz, and Adonis duckingson all rolled into one and avoid the hardest fights. You heard it here first because he already did that. He will likely get less money from ShowTime and haymon for fighting him now. Haymon doesn't give a smidt about Chavez Jr, bob arum did and Chavez Jr. Is a coward for ducking ggg

Jr doesn't even know which is his weight class... Somewhere from 168 up to 170... and up to 175 and up to... it depends on how much he will be at the weigh in, right?

Seriously though, there were times last night when GGG Had murry on the ropes and was leaving himself open for shots. Unfortunately murry don't have much power. But I thought "Chavez would crack him". Weird how it crossed my mind out of nowhere before this back and forth started.
GGG says he feels his opponents out. Once he does, then he fights accordingly.

Murray couldn't hurt him, and IMO GGG let Murray throw shots so his guard was down and he could land. At times it was GGG standing there literally keeping his eyes open when he could punch. Not a great idea TBH though, but Murray is tough.
