Lara has the skillset and the style to cause GGG problems but he doesn't have the power, chin, size or workrate. 3 rounds, absolute maximum, more like 2.

How many rounds do you think Erislandy Lara could win against GGG?

I found it interesting how GGG changed up his game plan when he saw murray covering up, and brought down that crazy high left hook. definitely was the end of murray after that. i hope to see ggg finally fight a cotto, canelo, lee/quillin winner, even lemieux. but other than lee/lemieux who said they'd fight him, none of the others have said they would.

I'm a Lara guy and I hate this matchup for him. I think he gets broken down and stopped.

Ward would not run, he would wrestle and lock GGG's hands up from the beginning... Ward would be deducted 2 points per round, starting with the fourth. The first time Golovkin catches him to the body, the fight would be over.
(But if the fight would happen in a year and a half from now, Golovkin would be very easy to beat...)

Good movement and speed is nice but not enough. GGG will apply constant pressure and cut the ring off regardless. Anyone who would be able to compete with GGG also better have a lot of power and heart and I just don't see that in Lara. He could win 2 rounds in the beginning while GGG is still feeling him about but that's about it.

He looked very uncomfortable on the inside where Ward flourishes.

Yup, Lara also said he'd fight GGG at 160, no catchweight bullshyt. He even called him out.
