I feel like Manny is much less of an underdog than he would have been.

Floyd has slowed down some and has been hit a lot more lately.

I definitely give Manny a better chance now than I would have then.

What Floyd did would be similar if Ward in his comeback fight took on Bradley at a catchweight of 163lbs, then came in at his usual 168lbs.

Manny knows very well Floyd is by far the superior fighter which is why Manny has no issues accepting being the underdog. Manny and his team had known this for years which is why they ducked Floyd all these years so they can make as much money as possible before cashing out and facing Floyd.
