Was looking for boxers ab workouts, found this. He does some pretty good ab workouts. Def would leave a sting in your stomach if you try doing this the first few weeks.

I tried doing the one he did with the 35lb free weight, but mine is 45lbs, looks just like his. It did feel pretty good, but it was too much for me. I have to get a 25lb one, i'm smaller than him. And some other one's he did, I was all over the place, off balance. The way he stayed balanced doing some of that, he has to have strong thigh muscle. He did have help with something strapping his legs down though.Comment
