Gennady Golovkin Full Ab Workout for Martin Murray Fight

Was looking for boxers ab workouts, found this. He does some pretty good ab workouts. Def would leave a sting in your stomach if you try doing this the first few weeks.

            Bull****...

Do 500lb deadlift, 400lb squat and overhead press 315lb I guarantee your abs/core will be 100 times stronger! This ab work stuff is pitty pat work...

Hence one of the reasons he's such a beast when fighting, the man is a gym rat personified. Couple this with his constant busy fight schedule I don't see many beating him.

It's not about strength it's about power, which requires less resistance.

I tried doing the one he did with the 35lb free weight, but mine is 45lbs, looks just like his. It did feel pretty good, but it was too much for me. I have to get a 25lb one, i'm smaller than him. And some other one's he did, I was all over the place, off balance. The way he stayed balanced doing some of that, he has to have strong thigh muscle. He did have help with something strapping his legs down though.
