There was never any real suggestion of a fight between Mayweather and Williams in reality.

Margaritio was using Plaster hand wraps and should have been banned from the sport

On May 2nd, Mayweather will do what 5 other men have already done. And become the 6th man to beat Manny Pacquiao.

Gonna have to take Floyd by UD in this one.

As much as I like GGG, he is a little flat footed at times. We all know Mayweather shines the brightest against guys that are flat footed. Floyd continues to pivot and move around them in a way that basically takes away their offense.

It happened with Maidana, and it happened with Canelo. Both guys were known for their power and also lacking movement. Mayweather used a lot of movement and check hooks to essentially "tame the bull" into hesitation. Once hesistant and frustrated, Mayweather takes control by putting together combos in the middle of ring.

GGG would definately have his moments by using his power to push Mayweather against the ropes and work him with body shots and by cutting off the ring, but May is also pretty good at fighting off the ropes and getting in pot shots. But that's just my take.

As far as big names, a fight against Canelo could happen in the future.

I don't think the weight would such a big issue for Floyd if GGG has to weigh in the night before at 154. We saw against Murray that GGG was only landing punches when he had Murray backed up against the ropes in a small ring. With Floyds movement in a bigger ring, GGG would not be able to do this. It wouldn't matter how much power he had his his punches if their not landing. Floyds defense is too good.

Canelo tried to come at him like a bull, Tried to use his power but it didn't work. I feel Floyd would box very smart. He would use allot of movement in the first half of the fight. GGG would become tired and frustrated and Floyd would score round by round.

            Golovkin KO 1-3..

            Come on, get serious!!

Floyd will never go through with a Pacquiao fight..

AS IF he would even fight Golovkin let alone be able to survive one, let alone win one.

Floyd will not even be able to fight ANY "A" grade fighter again. He is completely shot now.

Bumming the rest of his way to 50-0.. Pathetic!

I'm gonna assume you were one of the people that thought Canelo was going KO Floyd.

There comes a time when trollin becomes unfunny and annoying and you've reached that point

When has Floyd pulled out of a fight other than the Marquez fight which he went through with later?

                  That was a good point.

                  But not really..

I was one of the people who HOPED Canelo would KO Floyd but brain told me otherwise, I had hoped he'd of given a better account of himself than he did though.

However Canelo is faster than Canelo, and consistently fights at a higher calibre, and performs better...

Golovkin isn OBVIOUSLY beyond the scope of what Floyd could possibly achieve.

That was then. This is now..

Floyd is shot now. That is a fact. I think Canelo would beat him now to be honest.

Floyd should make GGG his next fight then, if it'd be that easy. Imagine the legacy, beating the recognized best MW by a long shot. Yeah... I won't hold my breath, but I hope you do.

Ah come off it Jas the dude has timed his fights beautifully and robbed us of the biggest superfight in history not once like Rid**** Bowe, but for an entire decade and obviously forever too. You know he ain't gonna go through with that PAc fight.

Get real man, surely we can agree on this issue?
