It seems some people really wants Golovkin to feast on much smaller men like Cotto and Floyd... Golovkin should keep doing what he's doing, fight the best middleweights (yes middleweights) in the word, unify the division and then maybe move up in weight. As far as big names, a fight against Canelo could happen in the future.

173lbs vs Rubio. And cut almost 20lbs to make 160 for Murray.

It doesn't matter if GGG comes down to 154, he'll rehydrate to 173+ on fight night. In ring weight is what matters.

GGG probably by ko but even as a fan it wouldn't be much a credit to him since Floyd doesn't have a great deal of power even at 147 and wouldn't have anything to hold him off, he is a smallish 147lber, is getting older which is showing in fights, and would be heavily out weighed in the fight assuming it would be at 154.

cmon. why the hell would you want to see a welterweight vs a middleweight? even if ggg could make 154 hes gonna come in around 175. basically a light heavyweight. one punch and its ****ing over. not a fair fight at all. let them fight guys in their weight classes.

So 20lbs of water weight ain't going to help him

                      No link then?

Hatton cut a lot more weight in his training camps.
