Come May 3rd some posters analysis would be right on the button and most would be way off the mark like a hundred miles off.

Why do I say this?

Back in the day when Pac was fighting Morales.

Most if not all if ask Pac vs DLH who wins? 99% would say there is no way Pac wins against DLH at any weight and at any time.

Most if ask Pac vs Hatton who wins? 80% would say there is no way Pac wins against Hatton at any weight and at any time.

Most if not all if ask Pac vs Cotto who wins? 95% would say there is no way Pac wins against Cotto at any weight and at any time.

Most if not all if ask Pac vs Margarito who wins? 99% would say there is no way Pac wins against Margarito at any weight and at any time.

No one predicted or analysed Marquez would knocked Pac out with just one punch for crying out loud. Here we are again analyzing predicting the outcome of the fight LOL

Intangibles will decide the fight


To me may weather's ability to adapt and raise his game mid fight will decide it


His unorthodox punches will land but may weather has something in him that's not on paper

Will Manny adapt when the punches he landed in the first four rounds stop landing?

May weather got the edge...talent wise they are even...but money got that x factor the leonards, Ali's, and srr had...that special invisible gear...they up their game mid fight

What I am trying to say is that intangible is probably Pac's best shot in winning this fight. Because Floyd got the edge on almost all areas.

Actually, if you do some digging you'll find an interview with one of Pac's sparring partners saying how surprised he was with Pac's timing.

Zab landed some very nice clean shots on Floyd with that left. And Manny is a little quicker than Zab and definitely more powerful... AND he throws in bunches AND he's all around more aggressive... This is why things are so interesting. Floyd will have a lot to deal. Floyd will get caught big at some point in the fight. I don't know how he'll do it, but I have a sinking feeling he's going to adjust and we'll see the best Floyd we've ever seen, his talent, skills and athleticism will be pushed to the limit.

Also, Floyd looks phenomenal in his last fight, truly incredible... whereas Manny didn't look as beastly as usual in the Algieri fight. Even Roach commented that Manny didn't go for the kill in the Algieri fight.

Manny needs the win more than Floyd to assure a rematch, so he can be the A side and dictate terms. But man, it's just so hard to imagine Floyd losing in Vegas.

At no point in time in Manny's life has he ever been faster than Zab in his prime.

Judah fights behind a jab and Pac doesn't. Judah is, himself, a defensive fighter and Pac isn't. This is like comparing Marquez to Mayweather. Completely different fighters. The only thing Judah has in common with Pac is that they are both southpaws, and Mayweather only similarity with Marquez is that they are both right-handed counter punchers.

I like both Pacquiao and Mayweather but will be rooting for Pacquiao because I'm Filipino. However if I would be putting money on the line I would be betting on Floyd. Most people here do not understand how good Mayweather is defensively. Pacquiao has a lot of stamina but what most people do not understand is how tiring it is if you keep missing your target. Floyd will not stand in front of manny and trade. Manny will miss a lot and eventually get tired and frustrated which I'm hoping will not happen but unfortunately might be the case.

Manny isn't going to miss his shots as much as you think. He's going to get in some good ones that will definitely hurt Floyd. Also, unlike Maidana, Pacquiao will most likely follow up on his attacks.
