The most bizarre thing I heard during the fight was when Kellerman was actually trying to compare Junior to GGG. Golovkin has has much better power as well as boxing skills and there really is no comparison. But I think I saw GGG wear a sombrero once? I believe it was during the ring walk at the Rubio fight. And just maybe that was what Max was thinking of and he was just a tad confused.

I thought that was weird too. If anything, Gennady reminds me of Papa Chavez. Relentless pressure, constantly throwing, subtle but effective defense and a solid chin.

murray should've been saved from himself, warrior yes but sometimes a warrior like that should have a corner that is competent enough to know when the cat is in the bag, yes this is boxing and anything can happen but murray was never going to win the fight after a certain point, it was pointless and meaningless to prove he's tough after he had already done so, that corner is the kind of corner that is looking for a big break, looking to be part of a huge accomplishment that'll take them to different recognition status, reminds me of kirkland vs tapia, pacquiao vs algieri, mike perez vs abdusalamov, etc. etc.

Murray is tough and he looked huge compared to G. Golovkin does some strange things in the ring: occasionally he would box and slip punches for a short while, as if just to show he could if he had to. Also, that weird chopping left hook to the top of MMs head he started using after a few rounds.. I have a feeling that GGG stil hasn´t revealed all his weapons. Full respect to Murray though, at least he didn´t fold.

GGG's skills are..........much scarier than his power. There isn't a fighter in this sport that cuts off the ring and places their punches better than he does.

Absolutely! But he is to lazy about getting hit! He better don't that if he fights a hard hitter! Murray hit him to often for my liking while GGG was forcing the knockout.
