He doesn't, he just take even the slightest chance they have, or get all the advantages in his favor.
Indeed...There is no doubt in my mind that if Floyd can, he will stay outside, set up, shoulder roll and potshot, eventually maybe countering Pacquio. But Pacquio has to make Floyd move, if he doesn't he is in for a long night.
